This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the website, the mobile application Yollo for Android- and iOS-based mobile platforms, and all relevant services (collectively "Service").

This Policy explains how we process (i.e. gather, obtain, store, share, disclose, delete or otherwise make use of) your personal data, including but not limited to any information related to you as a private individual (“you”, “User”), for the purposes and in the scope necessary for providing the Service or ensuring security and protection of interests for you as a User of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, either in whole or in part, this Policy at any time for any reason, and will inform you on any of such modifications.

This Policy applies to the data under the processing only. If the User accesses any third-party services and applications when using the Service, any information provided to those services and applications is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

2. Data Being Processed

The data, that we gather and process about you, may include:

- registration and account data, such as full name, username, gender, ID, email address, date and place of birth, place of residence, photo, etc.

- device and software data, i.e.any data sent by the User’s applied device or installed software, such as IP - address, cookies, statistics, browser data, etc.

- communication data, such as messages, notifications, photos, videos or any other data relevant to any interaction that may occur between the User and other Users or our Customer Support.This communication data may also include User’s personal information, such as username, email address, phone number or any other User - related data.

The personally identifying data that the Users share and make publicly available during the usage of the Service and/or communication with each other is to be regarded public and thus to be deprived of any privacy rights upon.

Any personal information that you may voluntarily make available in the Service can be shared by other Users to any third party without giving you prior notice. Please, decide carefully which kind of data to make available in the Service.

We reserve the right to process and make use of any data related to the User that may be necessary in any legal procedures in order to protect the rights and interests of the Company, of you, of any other User or the vital interests of any other person.

The Company has the right to transfer the User’s personal data to third parties if:

- the User has given their explicit consent to such transfer;

- the transfer is necessary for providing the Service to the User(including but not limited to payment processing);

- the transfer is required by any legal procedures, including auditing, consulting, litigations, or any other settlement of disputes.

We do not transfer the User’s personal data to a third party without the User’s explicit consent for this transfer or unless legal circumstances require us to do so.

Third party services and applications may contain links to the Service. Although we have no control and responsibility over those third parties, we take all possible efforts to ensure that those services and applications are not involved in any unlawful activities. You agree to use any of those third-party services and applications at your own risk.

For statistical and business purposes we make use of the Google Analytics service, provided by Google LLC, located in the United States. Therefore, some data may be transferred to and used by Google.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not allowed to be used by individuals under the age of 18. We resort to all reasonable efforts (including identity verification) to ensure that the Service is used by majors only. If you believe that your child uses or attempts to access the Service, please contact us. We will remove all data posted and made available in the Service by your child if any.

5. Illegal activities

We reserve the right to consider disputes, claims and violations of this Policy and initiate any legal procedure we may deem reasonable at any relevant law enforcement authority or regulator.

6. Processing of Personal Data

Although we store the data that we gather about you primarily within the European Economic Area, some components of the Service may include transfer of the data to third-party services outside of this area. If the country where these services are located in cannot ensure required level of data protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the transfers of personal data will be subject to the appropriate standard data protection mechanisms adopted by the European Commission (such as the Privacy Shield Framework)

We do not store User’s personal data for a period longer than it is required for relevant purposes. In cases when we cannot define the period of data storage in advance, we will set this period based on the period necessary for the Service’s internal purposes.

The User may request to delete their account and all related personal data in the Service. In this case the Service:

- deletes personally identifying data within 30 days after account was deleted;

- hides public profile within 30 days after account was deleted;

- deletes registration data, communication data, and all technical data 5 years after account was deleted.

We reserve the right to retain and store your personal data for a period of time required for settlement of any relevant legal procedure if any.

7. User’s Rights

The User of the Service has the right:

- to confirm whether or not we process the User’s personal data.The User may request a copy of their personal data via our Support;

- to receive the User’s personal data from us in a structured and commonly used format to the extent the legal basis for such action is consent;

- to delete the User’s personal data submitted to the Service;

- to make corrections to the User’s personal data;

- to object to processing under certain circumstances but in the scope the legal framework of the processing allows.We will cease processing the User’s personal data in case of such objection unless there are legal reasons to continue processing.

- to address a relevant authority in case the User regards our processing of their personal data as violating applicable data protection regulations;

- to withdraw the User’s consent to processing of their personal data at any time in the scope the legal basis for such action allows.
